About me
I specialise in making science engaging and accessible for a range of audiences — including those who might not trust or value science very much.
I have more than a decade of experience across a variety of marketing and communications roles spanning not-for-profits, universities, government departments, learned academies and online marketing agencies.
For three-and-a-half years, I was Science Editor for the Australian Academy of Science. I wrote stories, edited policy reports and provided science communication expertise on a range of content and campaigns.
I then spent a year writing stories and managing social media for the Australian National University’s College of Science.
I am now self-employed and work as a freelancer! If you think my skills can help meet your communications needs, please get in touch.
I am based in Port Macquarie, Australia. Please ask me about my cat. 🐈
